When we arrived Brad was waiting for us on the dock with his tools in hand. He quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it. He is courteous, friendly, knows his business and professional. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

We selected a few options, some common, some not. Parksville Boathouse walked us through the pros and cons, and were patient and courteous throughout.
